Introduction
A while ago was the word Chakra unknown to many people. These were really a "book with seven seals". Only a few knew the meaning of the word, much less knew what was behind it. But slowly, the chakra is increasingly coming into the consciousness of people and the limitless possibilities. Working with the chakras brings a lot of positive changes. It is a work with your own body, but also with your own consciousness!
What are Chakras?
The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and means literally vortex or wheel. Logically, it would translate to energy center or power center.
Because this is about subtle energies, can be the existence of chakras not prove scientifically. The chakras can only experienced through your own actions!

Energy protection for the seven chakras
Working with your chakras can grow your life energy. The more energy you have, the less problems you will have of health and psychological nature.

- much sleep
- do sports 2-3 times a week
- go for a walk in the fresh air / walk
- feed yourself balanced
